Issue:  User is able to scan a document to their hard drive and see the document through file explorer but the file is not visible when navigating from within BizApp

Solution:  This is a User Permission issue noticed by users who are scanning to their local machine but accessing BizApp through a terminal services session.  The role assigned to the user in the terminal services session can either be changed or the user should scan to a network drive that is available on the server they are using to access BizApp.
